Es decir: el hombre es incapaz de desear por s\u00ed solo, necesita que el objeto de su deseo le sea designado por un tercero. Este tercero puede ser externo a la acci\u00f3n novelesca: como los manuales de caballer\u00eda para Don Quijote o las novelas de amor para Emma Bovary.<\/p>\n<p>Con mayor frecuencia es interior a la acci\u00f3n novelesca: el ser que sugiere sus deseos a los h\u00e9roes de Stendhal, de Proust o de Dostoievski es a su vez un personaje del libro.
